Hi Kevin,
I am working as editor of Lucknow Times, the Times of India's metro supplement. We are planning to launch a new edition from Varanasi, a city i believe that you've shot extensively in.
For the inaugural issue of the city edition we're planning a feature on acclaimed photographers who've worked in Varanasi.
A dedicated net search has identified you as one of the key personalities on the subject. It would be wonderful if you could share with us a few comments/observations/impressions about Varanasi which we could use in our article. I'd also be extremely grateful if you could help us out with one-two photographs needed for the planned photo feature. we will give you photo credit and acknowledge copyright.
Without meaning to pressurise in anyway, allow me to mention that we're working on a very tight schedule and our deadline for closing the issue is 4th September.
